By participating in an auction, inventory purchase, webcast or other interaction with Disposition Services, you acknowledge that you will abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

About Disposition Services
Disposition Services conducts used equipment/excess assets disposals through auctions, liquidations, outright purchases, and sales.  All equipment sellers and buyers (“Users”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.   These terms may be updated as needed.
Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
Disposition Services shall not be held liable for injuries or damage directly or indirectly related to use of this website, auction services or equipment sold by Disposition Services.  All assets are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS,” with no warranty or guaranty espressed or implied. Disposition Services provides no warranty in addition to any (or no) existing warranty on specific assets sold.

User Information
When registering for auctions on www.dispositionservices.com, you are required to set a username and password.  User is then required to maintain confidentiality of this username and password.  Disposition Services shall not be held liable for Users suffering damage as a result of their losing or otherwise harming confidentiality of their username and password.

User agrees that Disposition Services may, without notice, terminate your account, password, and/or use of our services, if Disposition Services believes User has violated the Terms and Conditions.  Disposition Services will not be liable to any third party upon taking this action.
Buyer Agreement
Buyers agree that by entering into a bid for assets offered through Disposition Services they are agreeing that (1) they possess the ability to honor bids made, (2) they will operate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and (3) they have the authority and means to complete the transaction as offered.
Payment Conditions
All purchases must be paid in full before items are released from Disposition Services’ possession.  All pickups must be made within the agreed-upon time frame.  If not, the item will be declared Abandoned and return to the ownership of Disposition Services.
Withdrawal from Auctions
User agrees that Disposition Services may at any time extend or shorten the listed date for completion of an auction. Disposition Services reserves the right to reject a bid not commensurate with the value of an item at auction.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes involving Disposition Services, shall be subject to arbitration, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s ("AAA") Rules of Commercial Arbitration.  All parties shall agree to the selection and authority of an arbiter within 30 days of dispute.  All parties agree to cooperate with the arbiter in conducting hearings, performing duties, and rendering a judgment.  All parties agree to abide by the judgment of the arbiter.
